Check in from 2 pm , check out at 11am(late checkout until 2pm is half day rate,untill 6pm is full day rate)

Overall nice experience
Very nice location, just about 10 minutes walking distance from the Paddington station, and about 5 minutes walk to nearby Halal restaurants and shoplot. The apartment was spacious for 4 people, with 1 bed in a separate room and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was clean, and the staff came in everyday for cleaning. The front desk staff was friendly and gave nice suggestions. Overall, nice experience.
The room we rented is at the topmost floor (level 4), and only reachable via stairs from the 3rd floor.

Wonderful
The staff was AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. We had one major issue, and they were on top of it and worked really hard until it was all sorted. We were pretty close to Paddington Station, which meant we could get anywhere fairly easily, as well as another Underground stop and a bus stop all within 10 minutes walk (Google says 6-7, but I walk a bit slower than most).
We selected this place for the washer/dryer and the air conditioning. The AC was a freestanding unit, so we had to keep the door to the balcony open (we were on the 1st floor, 2nd floor to Americans). Plus, it only cooled the main room and there were no fans. In addition, our departure was delayed by a few hours because the door of the washer/dryer (which DID NOT dry clothes, even after a total of 5 hours running time) got stuck and we were unable to retrieve the one load of clothes we had hoped to dry. As I mentioned, the staff was really good to us, and they made sure to get the problem solved so we could leave with all of our things. But the result was that we missed two of our stops and we're late to pick up our rental car.
